Toussaint in "Blood and Wine"
A vassal duchy of Nilfgaard, widely considered a beautiful, fable-like land where everyone is eternally tipsy.
~ Game map description

The duchy of Toussaint is located within the Empire of Nilfgaard. A mountainous region enriched with volcanics soils, it is famous for its wines. Its ruler is the monarch Anna Henrietta. Toussaint possesses no army, nor local militia, just a small number of knights-errant watching the borders and roads, though their attention is said to be keen. Tradition is holy in Toussaint and all holidays are keenly observed.

Although considered a province of Nilfgaard, the Empire refrains from imposing imperial authority on the affairs of Toussaint. For the most part, it does not violate its borders.

Heraldry[ | ]

The coat of arms for Toussaint is not actually described in the novels. This particular coat of arms was designed by our resident heraldry and Witcher expert Mboro. For a different take on the coat of arms, we have the Czech concept.
