SteamOS availablity

This is still unconfirmed. The poster on Steam front page is already gone. And actual Steam preoder page doesn't say anything about Linux or SteamOS. Neither did CDPR say anything about it. I'd wait until clarification before including it. -- Gilrond (talk) 06:23, 9 June 2014 (UTC)

When I added this info, there WAS written in my news link it'll be published on SteamOS. You can also find several articles saying the same, i.e. » this or » that. But I agree: As long as it is not confirmed (again) by Steam, we don't need to include it. »»Dove«« (talk) 13:28, 9 June 2014 (UTC)

Yeah, all those sources are based on appearance of that mysterious ad which doesn't show up anymore, and no info is given in actual preorder. So removing SteamOS reference, hopefully just for now. -- Gilrond (talk) 02:28, 10 June 2014 (UTC)

Music

Let me know if you want to add music files from other compositions (like on Youtube) as internal Wiki resources. I can extract Ogg/Vorbis audio from there and make a standalone file. Also, if you want other open formats (not mp3), i.e. Opus / FLAC etc. I can make it if original WAV is available (which is the case for some of them at least). -- Gilrond (talk)

DLC terminology

I personally avoid using the term DLC since I find it not just annoying, but very non-descriptive and not useful. I.e. everything you download is downloadable. Some execs coined it in the past without thinking too much into it. May be it's just my feeling, but I think it's not good stylistically as well. A better term for it is add-on or expansion pack, since it's actually descriptive and self explanatory. May be we should avoid using "DLC" on the Wiki? However since CDPR themselves called them DLC, it should be probably referenced in the article at least initially, but further in the article they can be called add-ons for minor parts (16 add-ons) and expansion packs for the major parts (like additional adventures). Well, good question... I also think that we have to use the terminology CDPR uses to not confuse the people.
