Scarlet Rodallega was a very talented, but completely mad man who cast the first known blood curse, wiping out the Thyssen dynasty. Sabrina Glevissig's curse was described by Dethmold as an imitation of his curse. He does not appear in The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, he is only mentioned.
