Olsen

Olsen is the leader of the group of Redanian customs officers who stop the barge on which Geralt is travelling in Blood of Elves. He is originally from Vengerberg, Aedirn and looking forward to going home. He is described as tall and broad-shouldered with a long, black moustache. He, Geralt, Linus Pitt and Boatbug, the captain all sit down for a chat, some snacks and a bit of vodka during the customs inspection.
