This journal is found in a secret room in the loft of the main building on the Casteldaccia Abandoned Estate. To reveal the cache, rotate the sconce on the wall by the bookcase.
It is found along with a crafting diagram, some crafting components, armor, jewelry and potentially an alchemical formula, if Geralt does not already have it.
