The Count d'Arvy is a Nilfgaardian nobleman, who along with Joachim de Wett, Ardal aep Dahy, Count of Broinne, Berengar Leuvaarden and Stefan Skellen, conspired to remove Emhyr var Emreis from the imperial throne and put Morvran Voorhis in his place.
