Vencel Pugg, by the docks in Flotsam
Vencel Pugg is an alchemist and generally shady character who asks Geralt to get him the formula for a particular type of incense which is manufactured and distributed by a vendor in Flotsam.
He can be found hanging out near the docks early in Chapter I.

- Vencel Pugg seems to be a remnant member of the Salamandra. He is a fisstech dealer. During the conversation with Geralt in his laboratory (if Geralt has accepted to give him the recipe, be it real or fake), he mentions, that he used to work under either Gellert or Roland Bleinheim (or both) back in Vizima, and supposedly was working with "only the best alchemists".
