The Drowned Dead Contract The Order of the Flaming Rose will reward brave exterminators of the drowned dead. As a proof of having defeated the monsters, ten drowned dead tongues must be delivered to knight Siegfried of Denesle at the headquarters of the Order.

Walkthrough

Siegfried wants proof of killing ten drowned dead: their tongues, to be specific. You can find plenty of them in the swamp. Collect the desired amount of tongues and return for a reward. This can be done as long as you have access to the swamp. Depending on earlier choices, access to the swamp can be obtained through the "right connections", bribery or the use of the City Guard signet ring.

Notes

• The drowned dead entry in the Bestiary is required to complete this contract (without it, Drowned Dead remains will not include tongues.

Drowned Dead Tongues

Siegfried will pay for ten tongues of the drowned dead. I need to collect ten drowned dead tongues for Siegfried.

Loot

	If you teamed up with Siegfried to fight the cockatrice: I have ten tongues of the drowned dead. I should see Siegfried and collect my reward. I should see Siegfried and collect my reward. (500 XP) or
	If you fought the cockatrice alone: I have ten tongues of the drowned dead. Siegfried is sure to reward me for them. He was assigned to guard the hospital as punishment, and he can't pay out rewards until he's relieved. I must see Siegfried about my reward, but only once he's relieved of his guard duty at the hospital. (500 XP)

Payment

Job done. Siegfried paid me in gold for the drowned dead tongues. I received my reward for the tongues of the drowned dead. (150 + 2000 XP)
