Talk:The Witcher: Enhanced Edition

Although I don't know the “proper” way to present it, I really think that the radically different packaging for the North American version needs to be mentioned here (i.e., that it comes in that ubiquitous plastic ‘clamshell’, and contains no printed manual). This might save a lot of people in Canada and the US from a very rude shock after they've seen the “boxed” edition shown on here. {Steps down from his soapbox} -- Nonsuch 03:15, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

Is it really that bad? Well, I think this should be done. You could do that by adding a chapter like "Differences between the worldwide EE edition and the US edition". I know, it's a bit long and should probably have to be shortened. The chpter wouldn't have to be long might be in a format like the "Notes" chapters usually are. What you see at right is what you get (’cept it doesn’t show the Installation ‘Guide’); and at that, it’s a very tight fit. Quite a difference, no? The image is from The Witcher Official Discussion Board: The day has come! The Witcher: Enhanced Edition ships today to stores in North America [September 16, 2008] You’ll probably understand its ‘copyright status’. I didn’t, so it is Undefined right now (which looks to be a bad thing!). -- Nonsuch 16:40, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
I simply always use "fair use" for the copyright status :) Game widow 17:18, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
