Quest relations[]
I'm not sure if the taxman quest only triggers while "Open Sesame". The taxman came to me after I sold a lot of my inventory, the Open Sesame quest was already far behind me. I never killed a lot of cows and sold their lether nor made my money with the pearls' glitch.
Any other experiences with this quest/taxman out here?
