Place in Wiki[edit source]

It is my opinion that we should offer a complete list rather than a partial list of all possible dual ingredient combinations if we are to offer one at all. In addition, such a list should be neutral rather than POV with some made up names not present in the game that may potentially confuse a reader into thinking that these potions are different from other potions made using the same ingredient types. Thus I think its probably best to make a different page with full combinations of possible potions with ingredients and give AngleWyrm credit in the note section for being one of the first to start to collate that information publically. Unless there are valid objections, I will plan to do so sometime this week. GhostNWN 14:01, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

IMO, this article wasn't at all confusing when I first found it here. I don't mind the personal touches on wiki as long as they're relevant to the main topic, but I understand if that violates some wiki standard. (Admittedly, I'm quite a newb regarding wiki standards.) A full list of forumulae and ingredient options would be nice. I've taken to keeping a rough version of such a list on a notepad when I play. Any bomb or oil I use, I keep notes for base options and ingredient options that either I have in abundance, contain no secondary substance, or don't sell for much. Any potion I use, I keep notes for one of each secondary substance version and what ingredient options I can use to brew with. Is that the sort of list you mean? If so, how about starting an entirely new article with a big table and leaving a link to this one in the notes/credits section? Licensed Luny 21:25, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
Yes, I was talking about a list of that kind. However, it would be replacing this article as it is not truly relevant to the game, just as if some fan were to draw some witcher art and its not part of an official contest, it would have no place here. As mentioned, there would be an honorable mention of the author. GhostNWN 21:28, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

Correction[edit source]

Braised Liver with Mushroom Gravy lists Beast Liver as the Hydragenum + Rubedo ingredient, but Beast liver is actually Rebis + Rubedo. Beggartick blossoms or Pituitary gland are needed here instead. 75.142.10.16 21:02, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Captitalisation and the word "part"[edit source]

These were in the original document and since this is a reproduction of that document, they should be left alone. — Game widow (talk) 22:32, May 24, 2012 (UTC)
