The lintar is a unit of currency used in Caingorn. It is mentioned in the short story "The Bounds of Reason". In that story, Geralt is paid 200 lintars by the local alderman for killing a Basilisk; a sum he considers laughably inadequate, but nonetheless accepts.
A border guard can be bribed with five hundred lintars by Borch Three Jackdaws allowing the witcher's party to cross the border into Hengfors.
