Harlan Tzara was a sorcerer who worked under Ortolan at Rissberg castle. Unlike most other sorcerers, he was bald.
Along with Algernon Guincamp, he hired Geralt of Rivia to investigate a possible demonic possession that turned out to be staged by Sorel Degerlund. He decided to move to Poviss, but was killed by Degerlund.
