Gjarr is the village elder of Blandare on Ard Skellig in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Originally, although the missing miners contract was signed by "Gjarr, village elder of Svorlag" both the contract and Gjarr couldn't to be found in the village Svorlag (Spikeroog) but in Blandare on Ard Skellig. This has since been fixed.
