The Burned down hospital, or ruined mansion, was a place where the mentally ill had once been kept during the war with Nilfgaard. The ruins are guarded by some crazed nekkers. It is in the underground passages of these ruins that Geralt finds several wraiths, the missing Gridley and the ghost of a former Nilfgaardian inmate.
