Beauclair is the city surrounding a Palace and the capital of Toussaint. It was probably built when Faramond reconstructed the palace and Duchess Adela Marta became its first lady.

  • The name is coined from two French words, beau and clair. It can then be roughly translated as beautifully clear.
  • Especially notable is the Beauclair Library, which was mentioned in the novels.
